51,000 Miles, 2 A/C'S, 1 Awning, SLEEPS 5. A/C or thermostat controlled heat, bathroom, shower, fully functioning kitchen. Twin beds in back, you'd need rv mattresses though. Lg. storage under beds. 454 7.4 liter motor, Cruise control, AM/FM cassette. Towing hitch. Power steering & brakes. Mechanically excellent! Large awning. Normal wear to interior. Outside of motorhome has some color loss. Sofa opens to a double bed. Over the driver & passenger comfy, roomy seats there is a pull down bed. There's a few cracks in siding, most notable at rear-left & down from the license plate. Tires are in great condition. There is no spare tire. Carpet has a few bleach stains,and wear. Shower back wall has a few cracks. Refridg./freezer. No linoleum where one would step out of shower. No longer a chair, it was very worn, so it has been discarded, frame for a new one still present. My other half, being a dealer/repair shop owner has replaced many parts, and kept in top mechanical condition. It has been kept VERY Clean throughout!
