1994 JAYCO 12FT 1 Awning, 2 SLIDE OUTS! SLEEPS 7!! Water Capacity 11-20 gallons. 1 Kg., 1 Qn. & 2 full beds, Heat, 3 way frig, 3 place stove top that hooks up inside or out. Bottom canvas corners of the pull outs reenforced last year, all bad seams resown w/ vinyl. Reworked the awning so that it holds up to the wind a little better than it came from the factory. Hole in top, sealed w/ silicon - has'nt leaked. A hole in one of the pull out canvas tops, used duct tape on it. Spare tire needs rubber on the rim replaced. other than little dents from the road it is a nice camper and has served my family well, time for a bigger one.
