1992 THOR 38FT 5TH WHEEL 2 A/C's, 1 Slide Out, Sleeps 4, Water Capacity 6-10 gallons. THIS IS A SEMI FIXER UPPER.. I HAVE CHECKED FOR LEAKS,AND HAVE FOUND NO SIGNS OF ANY. IT WILL NEEDS A CABINET DOOR IN KITCHEN(SEE PIC). SOME RUBBER TRIM AROUND WINDOWS(SEEPIC),I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST CARPET,AND A SERIOUS CLEANING. IT HAS APPARENTLY BEEN USED AND LEFT SETTING FOR A LONG WHILE. I DID CHECK ALL THE APPLIANCES. THEY ALL WORK FINE.THE FRONT DOOR UNDER THE 5TH WHEEL HAS BEEN DAMAGED BUT STILL CLOSES AND LOCKS SECURE.
